Transaction Success Manager

The Transaction Success Manager leads the Transaction Success department at Fazio Real Estate Solutions. You manage your own active deal files at a senior level while overseeing the TSA team and ensuring every file in the department moves forward with precision and speed.

This is a dual role: individual producer and team leader. You earn on your personal deal volume and on your team's production simultaneously. You set the standard for what clean, fast, accurate transaction coordination looks like at Fazio.

• Manage a personal deal load at the senior level across all transaction types
• Oversee TSA team members including file reviews, quality control, and coaching
• Coordinate with title companies, sellers, buyers, and all deal parties on complex files
• Track all exception items across the full department pipeline and escalate when needed
• Conduct regular team huddles and one-on-one file reviews with TSAs
• Maintain complete accuracy across all personal and team deal records in ReSimply CRM
• Report department performance and file health to leadership consistently

• Proven experience in real estate transaction coordination or title at a senior level
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team and hold others to a high standard
• Exceptional organizational skills and a personal zero-error standard on documentation
• Proactive communication style -- you surface problems early and solve them faster
• Strong CRM discipline and deadline accountability across multiple active files
